We are a diverse group of YWAMers - young and old, from different places and different backgrounds. We are not perfect, and we make mistakes. However, we do have a common vision and purpose to train, send, support and be missionaries all over the world. Thousands of people have come through over the past 35+ years who are now making an impact for Christ from Des Moines to Katmandu.
We believe that all of us as missionary members are part of this vision. Therefore, no position at YWAM Lakeside is insignificant.

Missionary Member Opportunities
Our top needs are listed on our website, but please let us know if you have an interest in any area that you don’t see listed. Our Personnel office will be ready to help walk you through the process of applying to be a Full-time Missionary Member, Project Staff or Mission Builders.
Project Staff - Project Staff get to work alongside our long-term staff and develop meaningful relationships that will give you insight into full time service. One may serve as project staff for 1 to 6 months.
